Gooddo is the social good※ platform, which will help you to easily support the social work organization of your interest for free. Currently more than 100 social work organization are registered in gooddo.
We think that all human have the desire to do something good for our society. However, it is hard to turn such desire into the concrete actions and the options are limited.
In order to make a social contribution familiar for everyone, we aim to offer varied choices in order to link the desire into actions.
※social good
Social good is the general term of social service to support and promote the social contributing activities. Or social good is the trials to promote such activities of via social good platform service. “good” in “social good” means good deed, virtue or rightdoing.
<The support structure>
At gooddo, your action will turn into support money for the social contributing activities and the social work organizations represented by NPO and NGOs. gooddo has a support structure where NPO and NGOs or the social work organization pay their administration fee with the advertising sponsorship money from support enterprises. Therefore, the support structure of gooddo differs from conventional donation and fund raising, which means the users of gooddo do not need to support the social work organization, NGO and NPO in terms of money.
<What is the support points?>
Your click of “support!” in gooddo or “like” of the support enterprises will be the support point. And then the support points will turn your desire into supporting money for the organizations. There are 5 stages of points’ achievement. If the social work organization achieve the goals with the sum of your clicks, they will be able to receive the supporting money from gooddo. Its amount of money will be decided by the degree of their achievement.
In addition, the 10 organizations that reach their goals faster than others will be provided double the money. The maximum sum of money is 30,000 yen in a month. gooddo starts to count the points from Monday every week which means that you can have maximum 5 opportunities to support the organizations to get twice as much money as other organizations.
<What about the aid money?>
Each goals is set like below.
If they achieve each goals…
First goal (3000 points) will be 300yen
Second goal (5000 points) will be 500yen
Third goal (10,000points) will be 1,000yen
Fourth goal (20,00points) will be 2,000yen
Fifth goal (30,000points) will be 3,000yen
※Every week, gooddo chooses the fastest 10 social work organizations to meet the targets and gives them the double amount of money. Only 10 groups can receive double the money, which amounts to 6,000yen.
<How to give your aid points>
There are 2 way to give your points to social work organization.
① Push “support” button at gooddo and gooddo will add the points from 10
to 1000 points randomly to
the social work organization.
② Push “like” of support company and organization will simultaneously get
100 point more.
(This also means that you support them by giving 10 yen even though you
actually don’t pay anything.)
